Service and claim boundaries

• •AI employees may prepare drafts, summaries, queues, and options; they do not make final customer, pricing, legal, financial, or operational commitments unless a specific workflow is separately approved in writing.
• •Any live integration with email, CRM, calendar, phone, billing, ads, customer records, or field-service systems requires separate approval, testing, and access controls.
