California rights and data boundaries.

This notice is for California residents and explains the public-site privacy boundary for Building Jarvis.

Effective date: July 5, 2026

Building Jarvis is operated from California and is designed around data minimization. This public website is an intake and information site; deeper CRM, email, calendar, payment, customer-record, or production-system access requires a separate private approval and implementation plan.

Categories of information

Identifiers

Name, email, phone number, business name, and similar contact details you choose to provide.

Commercial / business context

Information you submit about your business, workflow, tools, and the task you want help handing off.

Internet activity

Basic site logs, device/browser data, pages visited, and referral source if provided by the static host or analytics tools.

Sensitive information

Not requested on this public site. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment data, private customer records, government IDs, or banking details through public forms.

California rights

  • Request to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or share.
  • Request deletion or correction of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Building Jarvis does not sell personal information from this website.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information if sensitive information is ever collected for an approved private implementation.
  • Use an authorized agent where California law allows, after we verify the request.
